1.
Initial client analysis,
understanding of business requirements and
gathering of business-specific data. This will
be undertaken by consultants from Total
Connextion with key personnel from within the
client’s organisation. The initial discussions
will cover the business requirements, and not
the technical requirements. Whilst this may seem
a strange approach for a technology company,
Total Connextion strongly believe that by
understanding the underlying business needs the
technical proposal will become easier to
implement, but more importantly COMPLETELY FIT
the business requirements. Once these are
understood some discussions about “best
technology fit” will take place.
2. Once the business requirements
are gathered and understood Total Connextion
produce the DETAILED DESIGN/TERMS OF REFERENCE. This covers off the
business requirements and technical solutions
that seamlessly fit these requirements. This
document recommends the services to implement
whilst making clear of the business and
technical strategy. This ensures that the
service recommended will fit the business
requirements both in the present, and the
future. This consultancy paper
can be a working document (if required) and if
changes are required by the client these will be
included.
3. Finally
the team within Total Connextion will design,
implement and completely project manage the
implementation and will follow the standard
project management methodology utilised by most
companies to implement the recommended
solution(s). More details on this service can be
provided if required. Total Connextion’s support
team can also provide dedicated support for the
clients required service through one of our
tiered support contracts. Dependent on the level
of support contract required Service Level
Agreements (SLA’s) are produced by the support
team within Total Connextion for
perusal/approval by the client.
